BESPOKE ENGRAVING
You can add a personalised name or message in the design box, or you can follow our template to ensure the contact information complies with The Control of Dogs Order 1992.
This law applies only to dogs—cats, of course, are a law unto themselves—but we recommend that all pets wear a tag with your details.
Engraving on the back of your pendant will be finished with black enamel for improved visibility, while names engraved on the front will retain the natural finish of the metal.
If you do choose custom design, or would prefer to leave your luxury tag blank, please ensure your dog carries your contact information at all times in addition to the pendant while in public places.

When you opt for our engraving service, your tag is transformed into a personalised, made-to-order piece.
As these tags are tailored specifically for you, they are considered bespoke goods. Therefore we are unable to accept returns once the engraving has been completed unless the mistake is ours, a product is faulty or damaged on arrival.*
We hope you and your pet love their pendant and will cherish it for many years, but in the unlikely event that your tag arrives with an error, such as incorrect engraving or material defects, we will offer you a refund or replacement. If a problem ever does arise, please don’t hesitate to contact our team.

You will be asked to double-check the engraving details before completing your order, but if adjustments are needed, please contact us as soon as possible.
